Portland Sites

Portland always has something wonderful going on!  I’ve included links to some of my favorite places to go.

If you love walking, take a leisurely stroll along the Portland Waterfront, or a great trek through the Zoo (www.oregonzoo.org).

There’s the Japanese Gardens (www.japanesegarden.com) Washington Park Rose Gardens (www.rosegardenstore.org), Portland Classical Chinese Garden (www.portlandchinesegarden.org) and many art galleries, or Saturday Market.

There are several parks, trails and adventures awaiting you.  Forest Park is supposed to have the longest nature trail in a major metropolitan area in the United States - www.friendsofforestpark.org

We’re a land of many rivers giving you boating opportunities, water skiing, fishing, you name it.

Here are some additional links about our wonderful area:

The Portland Center for the Performing Arts (or PCPA as we call it), is your premier arts and entertainment venue in the Pacific Northwest. - www.pcpa.com

Portland Symphony - www.portlandsymphony.com

The Rose Quarter (home of the Blazers and concert hall that draws great celebrities)  - www.rosequarter.com is another super cultural draw for Portland.

Oregon has some wonderful wineries - www.oregonwines.com and world
